Juliana is a compassionate and highly skilled bilingual and bicultural school psychologist, bringing over 13 years of experience and a deep commitment to supporting the ETR team in the evaluation process of their bilingual learners.

Juliana is THE Bilingual School Psychologist. With over 13 years of experience working with English language learners, Juliana brings a wealth of expertise to the table, ensuring the highest level of comprehensive and specialized care for every student and family she serves.

As a Nationally Certified Bilingual School Psychologist, Juliana Ramirez, Ed.S and her team provide expert support to ETR teams across the state of Ohio. At PERA Services® we complete specialized evaluations for school districts, ensuring that English language learners receive culturally sensitive and tailored special education evaluations, setting them on a path to academic success and personal growth.
